Thank you for considering our catering services! We're excited to help make your event a success. The following policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
To best serve you, we kindly request a minimum of 48 business hours' notice for all catering orders. This allows us to meticulously prepare and fulfill your event needs.
While we always strive to accommodate last-minute requests, orders placed within the 48- hour window will incur a $25 "ASAP" charge.
For urgent needs, we offer an Express Menu that requires just 12 business hours' notice. Please note that the $25 last-minute fee also applies to Express Menu orders.
Our professional staff will handle the setup of your catering and will return at a pre-arranged time for cleanup.
Standard pricing includes high-quality disposable plates, napkins, and utensils.
Upon request, we are pleased to provide complimentary black linens for your food tables. Additional linens for guest dining tables are available at an extra charge.
Please be aware that our pricing is not consumption-based.
For a more formal presentation, china service is available upon request for $4.95 per person.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we require a minimum of 48 hours' advance notification.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be billed only for in preparation for your event, not the entire event cost.

Third-Party Food Delivery
If you require us to coordinate and manage deliveries from a third-party food provider, a 20% service fee will be added to the total cost.
